REFUNDS
At NUUDAH™ you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means that during this period you can get your money back for products that are unused, unopened and returned in original condition. To start a return, write to info@nuudah.se and we will help you further. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are usually unable to offer a refund or exchange, but in some special cases exceptions can be made.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means it must be unused, unopened and returned in its original packaging. The product must not show any signs of use, damage or missing parts.

RETURN SHIPPING AND TRACKING
When returning, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs. It is important that you choose a shipping method with trackable shipping, as you are responsible for the package reaching us. We are unable to refund returns that do not arrive or that lack valid tracking.

60-DAY RESULTS GUARANTEE

We are confident that our products deliver visible results, which is why we offer a 60-day results guarantee. If you have followed our instructions and used the product for at least 40 days without seeing any improvement, you can request a refund. To use our 60-day results guarantee, you need to document your use by taking a total of 9 photos spread over the period – one photo on day 1, day 5, day 10, day 15, day 20, day 25, day 30, day 35 and day 40 – always from the same angles and with clear lighting. The guarantee only applies if the product has been used as recommended and the photos show the treated area without filters or editing. You also need to send a short description of how you used the product, your order number and the name and email address used when ordering. Send everything to support@nuudah.se . The request must be submitted within 60 days of the date you received the product. The warranty is valid only for the first purchase and cannot be used multiple times by the same customer or household. All warranty cases are reviewed manually – if there is insufficient documentation or suspicion of misuse, the claim will be rejected.

REPLACEMENT PRODUCT
If you have received a damaged or defective product, we will of course send you a new one at no extra cost. Write to info@nuudah.se and please attach pictures of the product and your order number, and we will make sure to resolve it quickly.
