GENERAL INFORMATION
NUUDAH™ is a Swedish brand that offers intimate and body care with care. All purchases made through our website are governed by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us at support@nuudah.se .

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices, and in the event of any delays or if a product is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with an alternative solution - for example, a refund.

We accept payments via VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Klarna, PayPal and Apple Pay. The amount will only be charged once your order has been shipped.

DELIVERY
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped from our warehouse. During a limited promotional period, we are offering free shipping within Sweden. Our deliveries are made on weekdays and the normal delivery time is between 4 and 7 business days. During promotions or at high load, the delivery time may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to keep you updated and deliver as quickly as possible.

COMPLAINTS
As a consumer, you have a three-year right of complaint under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. If the product you received has a material or manufacturing defect, you may be entitled to have the product repaired, replaced, refunded or receive a price reduction. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the defect, and complaints made within two months are always considered to have been submitted in good time. Damage caused by incorrect handling is not covered by the right of complaint. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping. Contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process. Packages sent cash on delivery will not be released.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the date you received your order. The right of cancellation only applies if the product is unused, unopened and in a substantially unchanged condition. If you want to exercise your right of cancellation, you need to notify us via email, and then you have 7 days to return the product. In the event of a cancelled purchase, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping and the product must be returned with a traceable shipment. We do not reimburse returns that do not arrive or that lack tracking. If you received a gift in connection with the purchase, the entire order including the gift must be returned.

You have the right to examine the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary, an amount for depreciation may be deducted from the refund. If the return is approved, the full purchase price including standard shipping will be refunded within 30 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Products purchased at a promotional price or with a discount are not covered by the exchange or return policy and are not refundable.

UNREGISTERED RETURNS / UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
If a package is not picked up and returned to us without you contacting us in advance, an administrative fee of SEK 250 will be charged to cover our shipping and handling costs.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to process and deliver your order, we collect information such as your name, address, email address and telephone number. This information is only used to complete your purchase and possibly provide you with customer service. The information is stored for a maximum of 5 years and is then automatically deleted. We only work with suppliers within the EU/EEA who meet the requirements of the GDPR.

The data controller is NUUDAH™ and you always have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, and object to processing by contacting us at info@nuudah.se
